  • A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is due at the time of booking for all new clients and will be charged to the credit card provided when scheduling. Click here to view our policies.

  • If you're seeking guidance on improving your skin, consider adding a skincare sampler to your session for an additional $25. This sampler includes up to five products that can last for two weeks with proper use. Your esthetician will explain why each product is suitable for your skin and instruct you on how and when to use them.

This sampler is ideal for beginners overwhelmed by skincare advice and need a starting point. It's also great for those who have tried many products but are unsure about their effectiveness and want to simplify their regimen.

The skincare sampler allows you to test the products before buying full sizes. It also helps extend the effects of your facial and minimizes potential adverse reactions from strong exfoliation techniques such as dermaplaning.

Clients interested in regular skin treatments are encouraged to purchase the recommended products. Without appropriate home care to support in-clinic treatments, results may be minimal and temporary.

  • BEFORE YOUR FACIAL

Skip any strong exfoliation treatments at least a 5 days prior to your appointment. This includes Retin-A, AHAs, scrubs, waxing, shaving, and depilatories (i.e. Nair). Exfoliation is an important part of your facial treatment and you don't want your options to be limited.

Stay out of the sun and avoid tanning for at least 48 hours before your facial. Sun and skin do not mix (beyond the short amount of time it takes the body to synthesize vitamin D!) and you should always try to minimize sun exposure, especially in the days immediately before and after your service.

Know the names of the skin care products you are using at home. You can provide this information on your Client Intake Form. These details help us determine why you may be experiencing certain skin conditions and what your skin should be able to tolerate in session. This also allows your esthetician to make specific recommendations for products you should consider adding or removing from your skin care regimen to address your concerns and achieve your goals.

Hydrate both internally and topically, especially if you know you need extractions. Dehydrated skin has a tendency to tighten around impactions making them very difficult to remove. Severely dehydrated skin is considered to be compromised and although facials are extremely helpful in alleviating this condition, treatment options will be limited.

    AFTER YOUR FACIAL

It is highly recommended that you schedule your facial on a day that you're free of most obligations. You should avoid touching your face, excess heat, wearing a mask or makeup, exercise, and outdoor activities for at least the remainder of the day. Keep your skin hydrated and moisturized, skip exfoliation for a minimum of 3 days, avoid direct sun exposure and wear your sunscreen.

  • The following conditions will not necessarily stop the treatment from taking place, but they may restrict or change the service.

    • Pregnancy. We avoid all chemical peels and electrical modalities during pregnancy. Our treatment tables are fully adjustable and can be modified to a comfortable position for pregnant clients.

    • Acne. Services cannot be performed on open or broken skin so clients should avoid picking at their skin before their appointment. Services cannot be provided if the skin is too sensitive or inflamed to touch, but suggestions for home care can be made in order to reduce sensitivity enough to tolerate touch.

    • Impaired, Overexfoliated, or Sensitized Skin. In the event the skin is thinned and/or sensitized due to use of prescription drugs such as isotretinoin (Accutane), tretinoin (Retin-A), steroids, antibiotics, Epiduo, Differin, Adapalene, or Tazorac; or due to the use/overuse of OTC exfoliants such as scrubs, brushes, benzoyl peroxide, AHAs (lactic, glycolic, mandelic), or retinol, exfoliation may be completely avoided and the service will focus on skin repair. We recommend discontinuing these treatments for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. You should consult with your physician before discontinuing any prescription medication.

    • Skin tags or moles. Physical/mechanical forms of exfoliation such as dermaplaning cannot be performed over skin tags, moles, or any other type of raised skin growth such as dermatosis papulosa nigra (DPN).

    • Rosacea/Couperose Skin. Treatments focus on reducing redness/inflammation and strengthening the skin and do not include any strong exfoliation treatments.

    • Cancer. Treatments focus on increasing hydration and strengthening the skin and do not include any strong exfoliation treatments.

    • Recent hair removal (waxing, shaving, depilatories). Many methods of hair removal also exfoliate the skin and may limit the forms of exfoliation available during your service if performed too close to your appointment. We recommend avoiding hair removal for at least 3 days before and after your facial. When a brow/lip wax and facial are scheduled together, the services will be arranged in an order that will not cause injury to the skin.

    • Eczema/Psoriasis. A gentle, hydrating treatment can be performed on skin experiencing a flare, but services cannot be performed on skin that is open or broken.

    • Epilepsy, Metal Implants, & Heart Conditions. Modalities that carry an electrical current are avoided.

You cannot receive a skin treatment if any of the following conditions are present. Please review them carefully.

    • Scabs, open sores, cuts, abrasions, or broken skin. This includes lacerations, recent biopsies, and skin that has been "picked" at.

    • Injectables (Botox, filler) less than 2 weeks prior to your facial appointment

    • Permanent makeup or saline removal less than 2 weeks prior to your facial appointment

    • Laser treatment, electrolysis, microneedling, or a chemical peel less than 2 weeks prior to your facial appointment

    • Any condition that makes the face, neck, chest, or shoulders sensitive to touch such as broken bones, recent surgery, tooth abscess, or extreme inflammation.

    • Bruises or swelling caused by trauma that makes the skin sensitive to touch.

    • Sunburn/Windburn

    • Contagious diseases

    • Cold Sores/Fever Blisters

    • Bacterial Infections (e.g. staph, conjunctivitis, styes)

    • Fungal Infections (e.g. ringworm)

    • Bleeding

    • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol

CUSTOMized FACIALS

By combining advanced esthetic techniques with a holistic approach, our customized facials aim to deepen your overall sense of well-being while creating visible improvements in your skin. • Dermaplaning is an advanced form of exfoliation that removes dead skin buildup and vellus, or “peach fuzz,” hair to increase product absorption and reveal a smoother, brighter complexion.

Treatment time can range from 15-25 minutes.

  • Extractions clear oil buildup and cellular waste from the follicles to provide instant improvement in the skin’s texture and clarity. By removing impactions, we are able to expedite the clearing process and allow acne-prone skin to heal more quickly.

Many steps are taken to prepare the skin for extractions and eliminate the potential for injury to the skin. Most people find extractions to be painless to mildly uncomfortable, but clients are never forced to tolerate extractions and can request to skip them altogether.

Treatment time can range from 5-20 minutes.

  • Whether physical, chemical, or enzymatic, some form of exfoliation is usually included in our custom facials and is selected based on the client’s concerns and the condition of their skin. In the event the skin is too fragile to tolerate exfoliation, we shift our focus to soothing and repairing the skin instead.

Treatment time can range from 5-10 minutes.

  • The lymphatic system is connected to every other system in the body with branches that run through its wide geography like an intricate web of rivers. As a vital part of the immune system, the lymphatic system uses its vast capillary network to collect and remove waste from all cells and tissues of the body. When it functions properly, you feel vibrant, energetic, and clear-headed. When your lymphatic system is congested, you may feel lethargic and stuck, anxious, experience more aches and pains, become sick easily and frequently, and notice unexpected changes to your skin.

A sluggish or overburdened lymphatic system can manifest on the skin in many ways including acne, eczema, rapid aging, swelling and puffiness, rosacea, pigment disorders and more. With over a third of the body’s lymph nodes located in the head & neck, properly trained estheticians have the perfect opportunity to restore a client’s health and vitality well beyond their skin.

Treatment time ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  • A unique cooling mask that goes on gooey then gently solidifies while pushing beneficial ingredients deeper into the skin. Similar to a weighted blanket, this mask applies gentle pressure to calm your nervous system and unlock a new level of relaxation. Hydrojelly masks effectively reduce the redness associated with acne or rosacea and the swelling that can sometimes accompany extractions.

    Treatment time is 15 minutes.
