  • A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is due at the time of booking for all new clients and will be charged to the credit card provided when scheduling. Click here to view our policies.

  • If you’re seeking guidance on how to care for your skin at home, consider adding this personalized skincare sampler to your session. For $25, you’ll receive five hand-selected products tailored to your skin’s unique needs—enough for approximately two weeks of use with proper application.

Your esthetician will walk you through each product, explaining what it does, why it was chosen, and how to incorporate it into your daily routine. This sampler is ideal for beginners who feel overwhelmed by skincare advice, as well as for those who’ve tried numerous products but want a simplified, more effective approach.

Sampling products before committing to full sizes allows you to observe how your skin responds while extending the results of your facial. It also helps minimize the risk of adverse reactions after treatments involving deeper exfoliation, such as dermaplaning.

For clients interested in long-term skin health, investing in the right home care is essential. Without it, in-clinic results may be short-lived or superficial.

  • BEFORE YOUR FACIAL

To ensure the best results and protect your skin’s barrier, please keep the following in mind:

    • Avoid strong exfoliation for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. This includes products or treatments like Retin-A, AHAs, scrubs, waxing, shaving, or depilatories (e.g., Nair). Exfoliation is a key part of your facial, and we want to maintain a full range of treatment options without risking overexposure.

    • Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 48 hours before your visit. Sun-stressed skin is more prone to irritation, and minimizing UV exposure helps ensure your treatment is safe and effective.

    • Know what you’re using at home. Be prepared to list the skincare products you’re currently using. This information, submitted via your Client Intake Form, allows your esthetician to identify potential triggers, assess your skin’s tolerance, and recommend targeted adjustments to your regimen.

    • Hydrate inside and out. Well-hydrated skin is more receptive to treatment, especially if extractions are needed. Dehydrated skin can restrict access to clogged pores, and severely compromised skin may limit what can be performed safely during your session.

    AFTER YOUR FACIAL

For optimal healing and results, we recommend planning your facial on a day when you can take it easy. After your appointment:

    • Avoid touching your face

    • Skip makeup, masks, and exercise for the remainder of the day

    • Stay out of direct sunlight and avoid outdoor activities

    • Avoid heat exposure (saunas, hot yoga, etc.)

    • Keep skin moisturized and well-hydrated

    • Do not exfoliate for at least 3 days post-treatment

    • Wear sunscreen daily

Your skin may be more sensitive after a facial—treat it gently and give it time to fully absorb the benefits of your treatment.

  • Some conditions may require your facial treatment to be adjusted, while others may prevent us from performing a service altogether. Please review both sections carefully to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment.

    Treatment Restrictions

The following conditions may limit the techniques or tools we use but will not necessarily prevent a facial from taking place:

    • Pregnancy: We avoid all chemical peels and electrical modalities during pregnancy. Treatment tables are fully adjustable for your comfort.

    • Active Acne: We cannot treat open or broken skin. Avoid picking at blemishes before your appointment. If the skin is too inflamed or sensitive to be touched, treatment may be postponed, though home care recommendations can still be provided.

    • Impaired or Sensitized Skin: Skin compromised by prescription medications (e.g. isotretinoin, tretinoin, steroids, antibiotics) or overuse of exfoliants (e.g. scrubs, retinol, AHAs, benzoyl peroxide) may not tolerate exfoliation. In these cases, treatment will focus on calming and repairing the skin. We recommend discontinuing exfoliants at least 5 days prior to your visit. Please consult your physician before stopping any prescription product.

    • Skin Tags, Moles, and Raised Growths: Mechanical exfoliation methods such as dermaplaning will be avoided over areas with raised skin growths, including DPN (dermatosis papulosa nigra).

    • Rosacea or Couperose Skin: Treatments will prioritize calming inflammation and strengthening the skin barrier, avoiding exfoliation entirely if needed.

    • Cancer: Gentle, hydrating treatments may be offered, but exfoliation and stimulating modalities will be excluded.

    • Recent Hair Removal: Waxing, shaving, or depilatories within 3 days before or after your facial can limit what forms of exfoliation are safely available. If you’re scheduling a facial along with a brow or lip wax, services will be arranged to avoid skin irritation.

    • Eczema/Psoriasis: A gentle facial may be performed during a flare, provided the skin is not open or weeping. If the skin is broken, treatment will need to be postponed.

    • Epilepsy, Metal Implants, or Heart Conditions: All electrical modalities will be avoided.

    Absolute Contraindications

The following conditions prohibit facial treatments. Please reschedule if any of the following apply:

    • Open wounds, scabs, cuts, abrasions, or broken skin (including active picking or healing from recent biopsies)

    • Botox, fillers, or other injectables within the past 2 weeks

    • Permanent makeup or saline tattoo removal within the past 2 weeks

    • Laser treatments, microneedling, electrolysis, or chemical peels within the past 2 weeks

    • Recent surgeries, facial trauma, or injuries making the treatment area sensitive to touch

    • Bruising or swelling due to injury

    • Sunburn or windburn

    • Cold sores or fever blisters

    • Contagious conditions or communicable diseases

    • Active bacterial or fungal infections (e.g. staph, conjunctivitis, styes, ringworm)

    • Bleeding or open wounds

    • Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol

CUSTOMized FACIALS

By combining advanced esthetic techniques with a holistic approach, our customized facials aim to deepen your overall sense of well-being while creating visible improvements in your skin. • Dermaplaning is an advanced form of exfoliation that removes dead skin buildup and vellus, or “peach fuzz,” hair to increase product absorption and reveal a smoother, brighter complexion.

Treatment time can range from 15-25 minutes.

  • Extractions clear oil buildup and cellular waste from the follicles to provide instant improvement in the skin’s texture and clarity. By removing impactions, we are able to expedite the clearing process and allow acne-prone skin to heal more quickly.

Many steps are taken to prepare the skin for extractions and eliminate the potential for injury to the skin. Most people find extractions to be painless to mildly uncomfortable, but clients are never forced to tolerate extractions and can request to skip them altogether.

Treatment time can range from 5-20 minutes.

  • Whether physical, chemical, or enzymatic, some form of exfoliation is usually included in our custom facials and is selected based on the client’s concerns and the condition of their skin. In the event the skin is too fragile to tolerate exfoliation, we shift our focus to soothing and repairing the skin instead.

Treatment time can range from 5-10 minutes.

  • The lymphatic system is connected to every other system in the body with branches that run through its wide geography like an intricate web of rivers. As a vital part of the immune system, the lymphatic system uses its vast capillary network to collect and remove waste from all cells and tissues of the body. When it functions properly, you feel vibrant, energetic, and clear-headed. When your lymphatic system is congested, you may feel lethargic and stuck, anxious, experience more aches and pains, become sick easily and frequently, and notice unexpected changes to your skin.

A sluggish or overburdened lymphatic system can manifest on the skin in many ways including acne, eczema, rapid aging, swelling and puffiness, rosacea, pigment disorders and more. With over a third of the body’s lymph nodes located in the head & neck, properly trained estheticians have the perfect opportunity to restore a client’s health and vitality well beyond their skin.

Treatment time ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  • A unique cooling mask that goes on gooey then gently solidifies while pushing beneficial ingredients deeper into the skin. Similar to a weighted blanket, this mask applies gentle pressure to calm your nervous system and unlock a new level of relaxation. Hydrojelly masks effectively reduce the redness associated with acne or rosacea and the swelling that can sometimes accompany extractions.

    Treatment time is 15 minutes.
